Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction aligned with the Board’s vision.
• Oversee programming, budgeting, development, marketing, and community engagement.
• Lead fundraising initiatives including donor cultivation and grants.
• Collaborate with COO and staff to ensure operational excellence and sustainability.
• Build relationships with residents, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing organizational culture.
