Job summary

The Office for the Arts at Harvard (OFA) seeks a Manager, Harvard Arts Festival and Special Events to lead planning and execution of the annual ARTS FIRST Festival and related events. You will work with senior leaders, students, faculty, and across the University to realize diverse arts programs on campus.

Responsibilities include budgeting, logistics, staffing, marketing, and post-production processes, ensuring timely project delivery and strong stakeholder engagement across Harvard College.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in event management, event project management, people management, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Harvard Arts Festival curation and production efforts, coordinating planning, budgeting, and publicity.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of student producers and volunteers.
• Oversee logistics for venues, vendors, staff, and performances; manage schedules and communications.
