The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Director of Arts Education to lead and grow arts education experiences for children, teens, and families. Working with the Center for Arts & Culture and Gordon Center teams, the role provides vision and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio including theatre, dance, summer arts, and other arts experiences aligned with community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in arts education, arts administration, program management or related fields preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative and strategic leadership for year-round and summer arts education.
• Lead Children’s Theater Production Company programming and oversee dance programming for all ages.
• Develop new classes, workshops, performances, camps, and arts experiences based on community needs.
