Job summary

YMCA Camp Greenville is seeking an Arts & Crafts Coordinator to lead creative projects, decorate for weekly theme dinners, and manage the Hill Skills area during the summer season. You will supervise campers and staff, delivery supplies, and collaborate with the Program Coordinator to run activities across cabins and rotations.

The role requires enthusiasm for arts, ability to work with diverse groups, and a commitment to camp values, safety, and a professional, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in arts and crafts preferred.
• 0Able to lead creative projects for campers of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies to Program Coordinator and schedule/lead creative projects and classes for cabin rotation and activities in Hill Skills.
• Assist with camp events and decorating theme weeks.
• Manage supplies and the arts & crafts space for groups of campers and staff.
• Work with participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Support cabin leaders and fill in as needed.
• Model camp values with integrity, creativity and safety.
• Oversee campers’ health and well-being during their time at camp.
• Maintain a fun, creative, enthusiastic and professional approach.
