YMCA Camp Greenville is seeking a cause-driven leader to fulfill the role of Program Coordinator. You will join our summer leadership team and provide leadership and support to our program staff with daily check-ins, weekly meetings, and creative solutions to make program areas magical.

We are welcoming and value each person, aiming to inspire growth, integrity, and a nurturing camp experience for all campers throughout the summer season.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain by June 2027.
• Able to drive a 15-passenger minibus (minimum requirements met).
• Must be 18 years or older or graduated high school by June 2027.

Responsabilités

• Provide camp leadership for designated division and support the broader camp team.
• Create and maintain a high standard camp environment for staff during summer.
• Plan and facilitate evening programs for the whole camp.
• Assist program staff in maintaining ACA-compliant areas and schedules.
• Lead daily staff meetings and ensure timely reporting.
