Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Tessitura preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets in person and by phone using Tessitura.
• Provide warm, professional guest service and answer inquiries.
• Process payments and reconcile receipts.
• Manage will-call, exchanges, and refunds.
• Support on-site events and box office operations.
