Dream Three is seeking a Booking Manager to expand our artists' reach across symphonies, concerts, and speaking engagements. You will cultivate buyer relationships, own the sales process, and help define markets to pursue.

Working with the founder, you’ll influence positioning and build our booking business. This part-time role offers hourly pay with commission and potential to grow into a full-time exclusive position.

Formación

• Develop and expand relationships with buyers and presenters.
• Able to lead offers, negotiations, and contracts while protecting artist and company positioning.
• Experience with entertainment proposals, rider terms, holds, and negotiation.
• Strong writing, reliability, and handling of sensitive deal information.

Responsabilidades

• Business development: Build new and repeat business through targeted outreach, pitches, and sustained buyer and presenter relationships.
• Market intelligence: Shape booking priorities around presenter seasons, audience fit, and practical tour routing; provide market feedback on productions and talent.
• Sales + negotiation: Lead offers and negotiations on fees, scope, and rights per playbooks.
• Contracting + deal flow: Direct deals through contracting and confirmation, guide the Booking Coordinator, prepare proposals, coordinate delivery with Operations.
• Pipeline + closeout: Manage opportunity records and forecasts, oversee each booking through payment, develop future bookings with existing buyers.
