About fan3

fan3 is the intelligence layer powering the future of fandom. We give artists and their teams ownership of their audience, enabling them to:

  • Verify fans across streaming, live and commerce
  • Control access to high-value moments: presales, drops and VIP experiences
  • Activate fandom into measurable, repeatable revenue

We are building the infrastructure for a new entertainment ecosystem, where artists own their audience, fans are rewarded for loyalty, and access is fair.

The Role

We're looking for an Artist Project Manager to own the delivery of fan3 campaigns across a roster of artists, from first brief to final report.

At any one time you'll be running several live campaigns for several artists: a presale for one, a release campaign for another, a VIP drop for a third, each with its own timeline, stakeholders and markets. Your job is to make sure every one of them lands on time, to spec and without surprises.

You'll be the person who holds the plan. You'll know what's due this week across every account, what's blocked, who owns it and what happens next. You'll sit between artists, managers and labels on one side and our product, engineering and creative teams on the other, and keep both moving in step.

This role suits someone who loves the music industry and gets real satisfaction from a complex launch running cleanly. Strategy matters here, but execution is the job.

What You'll Own
Multi-Artist Campaign Delivery
  • Run multiple concurrent campaigns across multiple artists, markets and time zones
  • Build and own detailed project plans for every campaign: scope, milestones, dependencies, owners and deadlines
  • Maintain a single, always-current view of every live and upcoming campaign across your roster
  • Prioritise ruthlessly when timelines collide, and flag trade-offs early rather than late
  • Run campaign kick-offs, status check-ins and post-campaign reviews
Timelines & Detail
  • Work backwards from fixed artist moments (announcements, presale windows, release dates, tour on-sales) to set realistic, locked timelines
  • Track every deliverable to completion: assets, copy, approvals, integrations, test sign-offs and go-live checksOwn pre-launch QA: links, wallet passes, push copy, access rules, regional settings and dates are right before anything reaches a fan
  • Spot risks, gaps and inconsistencies before they become problems, and own the fix
  • Keep clear, accurate documentation so anyone can see where a campaign stands at a glance.
Artist & Stakeholder Management
  • Be the day-to-day lead for artists, managers and label teams on everything fan3 delivers for them
  • Understand each artist's release cycles, touring plans and priorities, and map fan3 activity against them
  • Set clear expectations on scope, timelines and what you need from them, and hold all parties to it
  • Send concise, regular updates so no one is ever chasing you for status
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Brief and coordinate product, engineering and creative teams on every campaign
  • Translate artist requirements into clear, actionable briefs and tickets
  • Deploy and manage fan3 products: wallet passes, embedded web apps and fan UX, push notification campaigns and DSP integrations
  • Manage hand-offs and dependencies so nothing falls between teams
  • Feed artist needs and delivery learnings back into the product roadmap
Campaign Types

You’ll deliver the full range of fan3 moments, including:

  • Presales and ticket access
  • VIP access and fan-first experiences
  • Exclusive drops
  • Pre-save and release campaigns
Performance & Reporting
  • Define success metrics for each campaign before it launches
  • Track conversion across the fan funnel (sign-up → engagement → purchase) and report results to artists and internally
  • Turn fan data into insights and repeatable playbooks that make the next campaign faster and better
  • Help reduce leakage, including secondary ticketing
Account Growth
  • Build trusted, senior relationships with artists and their teams
  • Identify opportunities to deepen platform usage and expand each account
  • Act as the internal advocate for your artists, and as an ambassador for fan3 and its fan‑first mission across the industry
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven project management experience , ideally at a music‑tech platform, or in label marketing, artist management or a music agency
  • A track record of running several projects at once for different clients or artists, with competing deadlines, and delivering all of them on time
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the wrong date in the push copy, the broken link and the mismatched presale window before anyone else sees them
  • Strong timeline discipline. You build plans backwards from fixed dates, track dependencies and manage slippage before it becomes a missed deadline
  • Highly organised , with confidence using project management tools (e.g. Monday, Asana, Notion or similar) to keep work visible
  • Confident with fan data, analytics and campaign reporting. You can pull and read campaign performance, explain what it means and turn it into clear recommendations
  • A deep understanding of release cycles, touring and fan behaviour
  • Calm under pressure when launches are live, timelines move and multiple artists need you at once
  • Clear, proactive communication with high-profile artists, managers and internal teams alike
  • Commercial awareness: you understand how campaigns drive conversion and revenue, and you measure results
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership startup environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience delivering ticketing, presale or D2C fan campaigns
  • Experience coordinating with product and engineering teams on technical launches
  • Experience running multi-market or global campaigns across time zones
  • Interest in emerging technology, especially AI, and the wider fan‑engagement landscape
How We Work

We are intentional, ambitious and operate with high trust. We are a globally distributed, remote‑first team.

You’ll be given autonomy and ownership, and you’ll be expected to take responsibility for outcomes. We value clarity, speed and collaboration, and we’re building at the frontier of technology and culture.

Why This Role Matters

fan3 is redefining how artists own and monetise their audience. Every campaign we run is a promise to an artist and their fans.

This role makes sure we keep that promise, every time, across every artist on the roster.
