Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations alongside management across all project aspects.
• Track multiple projects, ensure deadlines are met, and keep workflows organized.
• Build and maintain databases and organizational systems, manage digital assets in Google Drive.
• Coordinate with vendors and team via email and messaging; assist with light bookkeeping and invoicing.
