Sony Music Entertainment invites you to join The Merch Collective as Account Coordinator, supporting artist commerce initiatives across touring, e‑commerce, retail, VIP, licensing, events and pop‑ups. You will coordinate with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams to track deliverables and ensure on‑time execution from concept to fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, retail, marketing, project coordination, entertainment, or a related field.
• Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
• Strong communicator who collaborates with teammates and cross‑functional partners and follows up to keep projects on track.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn with a solutions‑oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Relationships & Day‑to‑Day Account Management by coordinating with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams across touring, e‑commerce, retail, VIP, and licensing initiatives.
• Assist with planning and execution of merchandising and commerce initiatives, tracking deliverables and coordinating product launches from concept to completion.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day workflow of merchandise projects including setup, approvals, artwork routing, orders, sample tracking and launch readiness.
• Serve as a key liaison between creative, production, finance, touring, e‑commerce, retail and external partners to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.
