Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment's Merch Collective seeks an experienced Tour Manager to lead US and Canadian touring operations for artist merchandise. You will forecast tours, manage inventory, coordinate production, and oversee on-road staff to deliver a high-touch, full-service experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tour merchandise, proficiency with AtVenu and Excel, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tour merchandise operations.
• Proficiency in AtVenu and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Experience managing tour reps, vendors, and US/Canadian logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tour merchandise forecasts based on historical sales and venue data.
• Oversee road inventory, warehouse coordination, and on-tour stock levels.
• Lead logistics for US/Canada touring including freight, customs, and venue coordination.
• Collect nightly settlements and maintain up-to-date financial tracking across shows.
