Lee’s Marketplace is seeking a Donut Artisan to craft high-quality artisanal donuts in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll follow detailed recipes, fry donuts to perfection, design toppings, and ensure each item meets our standards.

You’ll work early mornings to support production, assist guests, and maintain inventory while contributing to a friendly, safety-forward team environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Helps with the production, frying, decorating, packaging, and maintenance of all donuts in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Assists in the displaying and restocking of the donut products. Ensures shelves and cases are filled, fresh, rotated, faced, and cleaned.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Maintains training and certification by actively attending in-person trainings and consistently utilizing digital training platforms.
• Maintains, processes, and completes orders through digital and in person order processing.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to guest inquiries.
• Promote and exemplify a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication with guests and team members.
• Provides excellent guest service by acknowledging guests promptly and taking their orders accurately. Prepares and processes the guest’s orders promptly and finalizes their purchase in a friendly manner.
• Displays excellent problems solving skills and prides themselves on finding the best resolution that exemplifies the “Lee’s Way- doing what’s best for our guests, our team, and our company".

As a Lees Marketplace Donut Artisan, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, artisanal donuts that delight our customers. Your role will involve working in the early morning/overnight hours following the detailed process in frying signature Lees Marketplace donuts, designing unique toppings, and ensuring each donut is made with precision and care. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with a team to maintain our reputation for exceptional products.
