Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery preferred.
• Culinary school, baking program, or apprenticeship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Baking & Production: Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts according to established recipes.
• Preparation & Organization: Manage ingredients, tools, and equipment; label and rotate ingredients; maintain a clean workstation.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with the Executive Pastry Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
