Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Vermont is seeking a part-time Assistant Bread Baker who can work afternoon and evening shifts, including Sundays. You’ll join a dynamic team preparing artisan breads with honest ingredients and a commitment to quality and service.

Ideal candidates have bakery or pastry experience or a willingness to train. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to adapt to baking schedules around 11 am–7 pm.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering quality breads and pastries.
• Standing and walking for long periods with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Afternoon/evening availability and Sunday shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist bread baker in producing artisan breads and pastries.
