Flippers Pizzeria in Wildwood, FL is seeking a pizza maker to craft pizzas to our standards. You will stretch dough, top pizzas, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens, using all-natural ingredients.

The role requires energy and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 16 to hand stretch pizzas and 18 to operate the mixer, with flexible day and evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must have sense of urgency and be a team player in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use the mixer and food processor.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Making and managing fresh dough – made on-site and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using kitchen utensils.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
