Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use mixer and food processor.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods.
• Making & managing fresh dough – made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
