Read tickets to determine what and when items must be prepared, use proper portioning techniques, and keep station floors, counters, tools, and surfaces sanitized at all times while supporting a cohesive team focused on hospitality. • Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
