Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Specialty or pastry production experience preferred.
• Excellent math skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate mix times and temps logs.
• Follow recipes to prepare pastry products.
• Prep and assemble pastries such as tarts, pies, cakes, croissants, Danishes and cinnamon rolls.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Follow production schedule.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, FSMA documentation and daily operation sheets.
