Qualifications

• Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills.
• Understand color theory for buttercream blending.
• Ability to apply techniques for Swiss/American buttercreams and ganache.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, and special-order items.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures to meet demand.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed.
• Merchandise products in display cases and maintain quality/rotation.
• Provide guidance for Apprentices and team members.
• Create special order cake designs per customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work area.
