Qualifications

• Bakery, pastry, or cake finishing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift bakery items.

Responsibilities

• Baking and preparing bakery items.
• Assembling and finishing cakes and desserts for the display case.
• Preparing creams, fillings, batters, and dessert components.
• Decorating standard cakes and pastries according to So Sweet standards.
• Keeping production organized and maintaining a clean, sanitary work area.
• Helping the team stay ready for daily sales.
