You’ll train and support the Bakery Decorator Apprentices, follow safety procedures, and work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting, standing, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills.
• Understand color theory for buttercream colors.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, pastries, and special orders.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures.
• Merchandise and showcase products in the display case.
• Provide guidance to Apprentices and other team members.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
