Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order items.
• Build and decorate cakes following standard procedures to meet business demand; maintain production records.
• Provide guidance to Bakery Decorator Apprentices and other team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
