Qualifications

• Must have early morning, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Previous experience in bakeries or artisan baking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use scales to properly scale and portion dough.
• Shape dough by hand and using dividers/molders.
• Prepare pans, baskets, and racks for daily production.
• Bake breads using rack and deck ovens.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
