Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of baking experience in a bread bakery.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of baking.

• Flexible to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Mix, scale, and shape dough for breads, rolls, and specialty items.
• Bake products according to proper temperatures and timing.
• Monitor ovens and adjust as needed for quality control.
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
