You will engage with customers, support on-floor service, and assist with inventory, pricing accuracy, and labeling. The role requires physical capability, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and a passion for quality natural foods.

Qualifikationen

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximizes sales potential through prep, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
