Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs timely, and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; maintains equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
