Qualifications

• Physically able to work early hours, lift heavy loads, and stand long.
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily bakery operations to meet demand and maintain quality.
• Assist with dough mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking.
• Maintain health, safety and cleaning standards.
• Support Head Baker and Front of House Manager as needed.
• Help develop new bakery products and test recipes.
• Ensure consistency in product standards across shifts.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and ingredient quality.
