Job summary

Grandaisy bakery in TriBeCa, NYC, is hiring two experienced bakers to support the production of our award-winning bread. We offer full-time and part-time roles, ideal for advancing your career in the NYC baking scene.

The right candidates have 5–7 years of high-volume bread experience, strong teamwork, and hands-on skill with artisanal Italian breads. Supervisory experience and a NYC DHMH certificate are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–7 years of experience baking high volumes of bread.
• Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to mix, shape and bake Artisanal Italian bread.
• Must have excellent organization and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• NYC DHMH food protection certificate a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
