Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items following MPK standardized recipes, including measuring ingredients and cutting pastry products.
• Ensure consistency and quality for all food items prepared.
• Observe color of products and adjust oven temperatures, humidity, or proofer settings.
• Set oven temperatures and bake items, mix and shape dough, and bake in production ovens.
• Decorate baked goods and prepare garnishes; package items for storage or service.
• Clean baking equipment and work area; maintain station materials and safety practices.
