• Prepare dough, batters, sauces, and other handcrafted foods per recipes.
• Bake or cook items for later use or bulk prep.
• Label and store items with accurate dating and rotation.
• Follow allergy safety procedures for allergen-sensitive items.
• Keep prep area clean and stocked; sanitize surfaces regularly.
