Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in product quality and taste.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to prevent over- or under-baking and ensure optimal product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
