Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Morgan, UT is seeking a full-time Baker to prepare and produce fresh breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty baked goods for our restaurants and outlets. You will work with the Lead Baker and culinary team to maintain high quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate has passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment; willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous professional baking experience preferred; culinary or baking education is a plus.
• Knowledge of baking techniques including mixing, scaling, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow recipes precisely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty baked goods.
• Follow established recipes, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with production for multiple outlets and events as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery area and proper ingredient handling.
