Job summary

Aramark is seeking a bakery professional to join our Food Services Team. You will bake and prepare foods per standardized recipes, set up workstations, and operate bakery equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food safety regulations, and providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. The position may require physical tasks and proper PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred.
• Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations such as proper handling, sanitation, and storage.
• Must obtain food safety certification(s).
• Basic math and counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.
• Operates ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Stores food per safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures security of company assets.
