• ServSafe Certification is required (probationary period may be provided).
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitization standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately for consistent taste and presentation.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Keep baking area clean and compliant with health regulations.
• Collaborate to create new recipes and improve offerings.
• Operate POS system as needed and fulfill shipping orders.
• Support operations with prep tasks and opening/closing checklists.
