Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available for weekend shifts and hours 4am–4pm.
• Previous baking and/or mass production a plus.
• Comfortable with repetitive motions.
• Able to work in hot or cold environments.
• Passion for local food and telling its story.
• Honest, professional and respectful conduct at all times.
• People-oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Able to take direction and work independently or in a team.
• Motivated, hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Attention to details and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Produces Swamp baked goods including baking, mixing, scaling, portioning and following weight standards.
• Scoop, portion, and roll assorted baked goods for long periods.
• Follows daily checklists to bake a variety of recipes.
• Mixes, rolls, proofs, and sheets dough with standard equipment.
• Adheres to time and temperature guidelines for quality results.
• Sorts, packs baked goods for store sales, catering, market and wholesale orders.
• Preps and chops fruits and vegetables for various recipes.
