Job summary

Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery in Greenville, SC is seeking a Bread Baker to mix, measure, and bake our flagship STECCA daily using the best ingredients for a top-notch eating experience.

You will follow daily checklists, bake a variety of goods, weigh and portion dough, and finish items for cafe, store sales, catering and wholesale orders — all while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Produce Swamp baked goods including: baking, mixing, scaling, portioning recipes and following proper weight standards
• Follows daily checklists to prepare and bake a variety of unique baked goods
• Mixes, rolls, and proofs dough using industry standard equipment
• Follows proper time and temperature guidelines to ensure a quality bake each time
• Sorts, assembles, and packs pastries for cafe use, store sales, or catering and wholesale orders
• Puts the final touches on baked goods to be packaged and put out for retail sales

The Bread Baker’s role is to mix, proof, cut and bake our flagship item- STECCA daily using the best possible ingredients for customers to enjoy the best possible eating experience.

Requirements

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS?

AGE/AVAILABILITY

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available for a variety of early morning shifts such as 3:00 am- 11:00 am as well as weekends
