The ideal candidate has strong cake decorating, baking, and pastry arts experience, with a solid focus on food safety and presentation. This full-time role involves working in a production kitchen and collaborating with the catering team.

Qualifications

• Proven cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Experience in bakery/restaurant/catering environment.
• Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Speak Korean or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
• Decorate cakes and pastries to presentation standards.
• Package finished products for retail or catering.
• Assist in production: mixing, baking, finishing.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Support catering events with timely delivery.
• Handle ingredients safely and store properly.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
