Head Bakery Chef / Executive Chef
As the Assistant Bread Baker, you are responsible for assisting in the operation and production of the bakery section of the kitchen.
Responsible for creating high-quality products using Bern's Steak House standard recipes while maintaining quality standards and consistency. Assist in producing high-volume demands.

High school diploma required.
Minimum 2 years in high-volume baking. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus but not required.
