Job description

Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System

As a Field Specialist, you will provide support for ESP operations. You will also oversee operational work to ensure pre-check, installation, and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will work independently to meet operation schedule and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation/pulling of ESP and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells
• Assisting with testing ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity
• Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Acting as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders
• Taking ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site

Qualifications

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education
• Have 1-5 years of Artificial Lift and ESP experience
• Have relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronic components
• Have a basic knowledge of running ESP or Artificial Lift tools or equipment

Working Patterns

• 11 days on/3 days off or 12 days on/2 days off working shifts
• Need to be local to a geographic area.
