Job Title - AI Engineer

Location - Remote (must be able to work PST hours)

Role Type - Contract – 6 months (1,040 hours)

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, feature engineering, and model development
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and preprocessing data
• Expertise in Miniconda for creating and managing development environments
• Experience with Azure ML Studio for deploying ML solutions
• Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
• Understanding of ML applications in cybersecurity areas such as anomaly detection, intrusion detection, UEBA, and risk assessment

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Assist in creating a framework for continuous monitoring and retraining of ML models to maintain performance
• Stay updated with the latest ML/LLM trends, particularly related to cybersecurity applications
• Develop documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions for the Cybersecurity Operations team
• Integrate ML models with existing cybersecurity tools and workflows for threat and anomaly detection, and risk scoring
• Collaborate with data teams to preprocess, clean, and engineer features from large-scale cybersecurity datasets
• Lead development of an in-house AI agent providing real-time insights, recommendations, and automated responses
• Guide model selection, feature engineering, and hyperparameter optimization for cybersecurity use cases
• Design, train, test, and optimize ML and LLM models for malware detection, phishing prevention, and anomaly detection
• Develop and validate ML/LLM proof-of-concepts using local development environments
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and ML teams to identify and prioritize ML use cases
