Role Overview

We are seeking a talentedAI/ML Engineerto design, build, and optimize the machine learning pipelines powering our AI Growth Brain. This role will focus on enhancing our self-learning, axiomatic system to deliver predictive insights and actionable recommendations for leading B2C companies in e-commerce, retail, and fintech. You will work closely with our founding team of mathematicians and engineers, contributing to a platform that rivals the sophistication of Palantir and Mixpanel.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Learning Pipeline Development: Design and implement scalable ML pipelines to process and analyze large-scale B2C data from diverse sources (marketing, product, financials), ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Model Training & Optimization: Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive analytics, such as early-LTV prediction, churn detection, and ROAS optimization, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Data Integration & Transformation: Collaborate with growth leaders and product designers to transform fragmented client data silos into clean, structured inputs for ML models, ensuring robust and reliable insights.
• Self-Learning System Enhancement: Contribute to the evolution of our mathematically rigorous, self-learning AI Growth Brain, implementing feedback loops and adaptive algorithms to improve performance over time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers to integrate ML models into client-facing conversational dashboards and with growth leaders to align model outputs with client priorities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring low latency, high accuracy, and scalability in production environments. Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate model impact.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements, incorporating cutting-edge techniques (e.g., generative AI, reinforcement learning) to enhance the Growth Brain’s capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience building ML pipelines for B2C applications (e.g., e-commerce, retail, fintech).
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production, ideally for growth-related use cases (churn prediction, customer segmentation, recommendation systems).
• Experience with large-scale data processing and integration using tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Apache Spark.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Pandas, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for model development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and feature engineering for B2C datasets.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable ML deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ROAS) and tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, or reinforcement learning.
• Background in building self-learning or adaptive systems.
• Prior work in high-growth startups or with unicorn-scale platforms like Palantir.
• Familiarity with growth-focused data science.
