Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assists with food preparation according to the established menu.
• Follows departmental procedures including sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
• Serves residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a daily basis.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents.
