Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation following the menu and safety standards.
• Serve residents in dining rooms at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas and ensure proper storage of food.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules according to department procedures.
• Provide a welcoming, respectful environment for residents, families and staff.
• Report safety hazards and assist with training of new dining staff as needed.
