Job summary

The Glen at Lake Oconee Village seeks a dedicated dining services associate to assist with food preparation and service for residents, families, and guests. You will help in meal service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner and maintain a clean, safe dining and kitchen environment.

Under supervision, you will follow established procedures, support HIPAA practices, and work as part of a respectful team to provide a dignified, comfortable dining experience for all residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serve residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, dining room, and storage areas.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
• Provide a dignified and caring atmosphere for residents and families.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and assist with training of new dining staff.
