Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of NE Florida is seeking a part-time Art Youth Development Professional in Jacksonville, FL. You will plan, supervise and implement art programs for members aged 6 to 18, with a focus on health and life skills.

You will recruit and retain youth for programs, work with staff to run activities through the school year, and maintain a safe, positive environment guided by youth development principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pass DCF Level II background screening and drug test.
• Knowledge of youth development and ability to manage behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a variety of art programs for youth ages 6 to 18.
• Recruit and retain youth for art programs.
• Coordinate with other staff to deliver programs throughout the school year.
• Ensure safe, positive environment and adherence to youth development principles.
