• Salary Range: $49,141 - $90,362 /year

Position Summary

Essential Duties

1. Instructional Planning and Preparation: Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy, knowledge of students, select instructional goals, demonstrate knowledge of resources, design coherent instruction, assess student learning.
2. Classroom Environment: Create an environment of respect and rapport, establish a culture for learning, manage classroom procedures, manage student behavior, organize physical space.
3. Instructional Interaction: Communicate clearly, use questioning and discussion techniques, engage students, provide feedback, demonstrate flexibility.
4. Professional Responsibilities: Reflect on teaching, maintain records, communicate with families, contribute to the school and district, grow professionally, show professionalism, and perform other duties as assigned.
