Job summary

Blick Art Materials, LLC in Cleveland Heights seeks a part-time Retail Store Sales Associate to help customers, maintain merchandising, and operate the POS system. You will deliver friendly service, share knowledge of paints, markers, papers, and other art supplies, and support loss prevention and store standards.

This role offers flexible day/evening shifts, weekend work, and a focus on teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Interest in fine art and ability to discuss products.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and training to meet customer expectations.
• Completes and utilizes Blick onboarding and sales training programs.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk including appointments and orders.
• Displays an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual standards in-store.
• Follows directions and priorities tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.
