Job summary

Blick Art Materials, LLC in Seattle seeks a Retail Store Sales Associate to assist their team in fulfilling Blick’s commitment to customers, the Arts, and local communities.

The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, applying product knowledge, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in accordance with company policies. Associates are scheduled 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility for days/evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk including making appointments for customers, consulting with customers on their Custom Services project, taking Custom Services orders, and delivering completed Custom Services orders in store.
• Displays an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions.
• Assist in the coordination of merchandise set-ups, has knowledge of visual standards, and maintains the store as set forth by management.
