Job summary

Blick Art Materials, LLC is hiring a Retail Store Sales Associate in Cincinnati to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and teamwork. You will assist customers, handle merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and support loss prevention in line with company policies.

Flexible scheduling including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays, with an average of 15–25 hours per week based on needs. A High School diploma and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience delivering customer service in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional art mediums is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Assist customers at the Custom Services desk and support special orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signing, pricing, and housekeeping per policy.
• Operate POS and handle basic transactions accurately.
• Assist with loss prevention and inventory control as needed.
