Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college preferred but not required.
• One year of retail management experience or one year with Blick.
• Demonstrated superior sales performance throughout career.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and uphold customer service standards; develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Train on and set experience standards in retail and framing to ensure high customer experience.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk.
• Assist the Custom Services production team as needed.
• Partner with the General Manager to build relationships with key artists and art influencers.
